Returns

If you wish to return an order, you have the right to cancel the purchase of a product within a reflection period of up to 14 days without giving any reason.

The product must remain in its original packaging and must not be opened.

The full order amount, excluding shipping costs , will be refunded. The costs for returning to RubyGator's headquarters are at your own expense.

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the product, including all delivered accessories, must be returned in its original condition and packaging. To do this, please contact our customer service via support@rubygator.com .

The amount due will be refunded within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.

We strive to deliver our products in perfect condition, but if an order is damaged during transport, please contact our customer service immediately at support@rubygator.com . If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

• Please attach photos of the defect.

In the rare event that you receive a different product than you ordered, we would be happy to resolve this issue for you. Please contact our customer service team at support@rubygator.com .

Please note: the right of withdrawal expires for:

• Products whose seal has been broken after delivery;
• Products used after delivery;

Place the items in their original packaging back into the shipping box.

Please include the completed withdrawal form .

Close the shipping box securely.

The shipping costs via PostNL are for your account. Keep the track & trace code well!

The amount paid for the products will be refunded to your account. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must report this within the cooling-off period using the model withdrawal form or in another unambiguous manner. The product must be returned within 14 days of this notification, unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself. You must return the product in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories, according to the instructions provided by the entrepreneur. The risk and burden of proof for a correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with the consumer. The direct costs of returning are for your own account, unless otherwise agreed. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all additional agreements are automatically terminated.
