1. What is the minimum order amount at RubyGator?

We do not have a minimum order amount.

2. How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

We aim to ship every order that does not contain pre-orders within 24 hours. In most cases you will have a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace code within a few hours, and the package will be delivered within 1-2 business days.

Shipping costs depend on a number of factors. The weight, size, and destination of the package. However, if you order items over €250, shipping will be free (Within the Netherlands). More information can be found in the Shipping Policy

3. Does RubyGator offer discount codes?

RubyGator has new offers every week, you can find them on the page: Offers (CLICK!)

In addition, we offer new customers a 10% discount on all accessories when they sign up for the newsletter.

RubyGator also has collaborations with a number of partners, these partners occasionally give away nice discounts!

4. I have encountered an error on the website, how do I report this?

Question about an order

1. I want to add something to my order or combine my orders

Of course it is possible that you forget to order something, send us a message and we can add it to your order afterwards (if not yet shipped), the remaining amount will be handled by means of a payment request.

2. I have a problem with my order, what should I do?

If you have a question about your order, it is best to use one of the buttons in the left box of this page, Choose from sending an email or WhatsApp!

3. Cancel pre-order

You may have placed a pre-order but are no longer interested in the product or would like to exchange the product for another product.

Exchanging pre-order products for products in stock is free of charge.

If you wish to cancel a pre-order, and this is 2 weeks after placing the order, we will deduct 10% cancellation fee from your refund*

4. Can I pick up my order immediately?

Unfortunately, this is not always possible. Our stock is in a storage box. We are present here once a day to pack all orders, when an order is placed for collection, we take it with us. That is why we ask you to make a collection appointment via WhatsApp
